Passion Fruit Quem?
The Passion Fruit Media only accepts returns of damaged or defective merchandise purchased online. You can receive full refund or exchange your damaged items within 20 days from the date your item was delivered. Please note you will be asked for pictures of your damaged products, in order to process your return request. Returns of Boxed Water will only be accepted if it is still unopened. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. Please allow at least 6 business days for your return to be processed by our team.
